ARTICLE 1 — APPLICABILITY

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, products, and services provided by Studio Creavista, hereinafter referred to as “Studio Creavista.”

By placing an order or entering into an agreement, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Any deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by Studio Creavista.

ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Studio Creavista provides digital products and services, including but not limited to:

• Website templates

• Model portfolio websites

• Canva templates

• Courses and training materials

• Guides and digital resources

• Custom-made websites

All digital products are delivered digitally and become available immediately after payment unless stated otherwise.

Custom projects are subject to separate written agreements regarding planning, payment, and delivery.

ARTICLE 3 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, templates, layouts, text, images, videos, code, guides, and training materials created or provided by Studio Creavista remain the intellectual property of Studio Creavista unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Customers receive a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal use only.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer products in whole or in part

• Use the products commercially outside personal use

• Copy, modify, reproduce, or reuse designs, code, layouts, or content for resale or commercial purposes

• Sell products or designs on platforms such as Etsy, Creative Market, or personal websites without written permission

Any violation will be considered copyright infringement and may result in legal action and financial claims.

Studio Creavista reserves the right to take legal action against any misuse or unauthorized use of its products.

ARTICLE 4 — PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in euros unless stated otherwise.

Payment for digital products must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

For custom services, payment terms will be agreed upon separately.

Studio Creavista reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Completed purchases remain subject to the price displayed at the time of ordering.

ARTICLE 5 — DELIVERY

Digital products are delivered through direct download, private access, or online access after payment has been completed.

Delivery timelines for custom projects will be agreed upon separately in writing.

Studio Creavista is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control.

ARTICLE 6 — NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Due to the digital nature of the products and instant access being provided, no right of withdrawal or refund applies once access has been granted.

By purchasing a product, the customer agrees that the right of withdrawal expires immediately once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or made accessible.

For custom services, any completed work, preparation time, or design hours are non-refundable once work has started.

ARTICLE 7 — LIABILITY

Studio Creavista is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of its products or services unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Liability is always limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

ARTICLE 8 — SUPPORT & COMPLAINTS

Studio Creavista aims to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Any complaints must be submitted in writing via info@studiocreavista.nl within 7 days after delivery.

Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days after receipt.
If additional investigation time is required, the customer will be informed accordingly.

ARTICLE 9 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international laws.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the jurisdiction of Studio Creavista, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

REFUND POLICY — STUDIO CREAVISTA

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold by Studio Creavista are digital products, including templates, guides, courses, downloads, and online access.

Products are delivered instantly after payment.

2. NO REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access being provided, all sales are final.

Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once access has been granted, regardless of whether the product has been downloaded, opened, or used.

3. CUSTOM PROJECTS

For custom-made websites or services, completed work, preparation costs, and design hours are non-refundable.

Cancellation is only possible before the project has started and must be confirmed in writing by Studio Creavista.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

All Studio Creavista products, designs, layouts, and content are protected by copyright.

Unauthorized sharing, resale, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and financial claims.

Although refunds are not available, we are happy to assist with technical questions or support requests.
